About Us

JWDS was formed in March 2009 by property specialists Kerry Jones and Helen Watts, who met at the beginning of their careers in the industry, working for developer Crest Nicholson.

At Crest Nicholson, both Helen and Kerry worked at developments across the country, gaining extensive experience of how to attract potential purchasers to a development and what methods of marketing work the best for different types of buyers in varying locations. They have continually worked through the ever changing and challenging markets, adapting their sales strategies and marketing methods each time to drive through sales. 

Using this knowledge, they formed the JWDS team, bringing in other experienced marketeers, which together offer a wealth of industry knowledge and over 45 years of experience in the property sector.

Administration Services
JWDS are pleased to be able to offer a full administration service.  Our team is fully experienced and has a vast understanding of the new homes industry, offering a wealth of knowledge and over 30 years of experience in the new homes sector.  
We can manage your full sales and marketing department, handling all paperwork from the land appraisal stage through to the customer care phase and completion of a development.  We are able to process all reservations and choices/options paperwork, as well as all marketing material needed.  We can manage databases, email campaigns and are able to look after the “back office” of websites and online real estate property portals, such as Rightmove.  All of these services are offered from our offices in Harpenden.

Market Research

JWDS’ market research department has an enviable reputation within the industry.  We provide development pricing appraisals for land evaluations, specifically to the requirements of our clients and if necessary optimising products, designs and added value criteria, relating to housing mix and specification and market conditions.  JWDS monitor the market on an on-going basis or can provide a one-off report.

Kerry Jones
Partner

Kerry Jones took the knowledge and experience gained from her 15 years service at Crest Nicholson and used these skills to help her set up JWDS. During her time at Crest Nicholson, Kerry went from a Sales Advisor, to being the top Gold Sales Advisor and furthering her career by stepping into the role of Sales & Marketing Director to cover two separate, year-long maternity leaves.

Kerry’s role as joint Partner in JWDS has been extremely busy and active and, together with her dedicated team, she has been instrumental in gaining new clients and expanding into the many avenues that JWDS have to offer.

Helen Watts
Partner

Helen Watts has also brought with her, her wealth of experience and skill set, gained from her 15 years service at Crest Nicholson. During Helen’s time at Crest she became a top Sales Manager, with a large team of advisors under her mentor. Helen has been outstanding in her sales achievement and is exceptionally driven in her field of expertise.

Together with Kerry, Helen has been instrumental in gaining major new clients for JWDS and managing the services that JWDS have to offer.

Having both worked together for 15 years, Kerry and Helen form an outstanding partnership.  Their dedication, together with their skills and strengths pooled together, cements their business acumen and together they make a formidable team.
